Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most locations in Egypt.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and complete payment upon delivery.

If the courier cannot reach you after multiple delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us.
